Fistball info

Fistball is a fast-paced outdoor sport played on grass that combines elements of volleyball, tennis, and soccer-style field movement. Teams work together to serve, pass, set, and attack the ball over a net, but unlike volleyball, the ball is allowed to bounce once between contacts.

The ball is harder and heavier than a volleyball, and athletes use their forearms or fists to control and strike it. Because the court is large, players need strong communication, endurance, ball control, and the ability to read the game quickly.

Fistball is a great sport for athletes who want to improve their reaction time, court awareness, movement, and all-around athleticism. It is especially fun for volleyball players because many of the skills transfer, while still giving athletes a new challenge.
